Return unused product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email info@CannHand.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for defective products or a return authorization for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
